After a brutal shootout, the infamous Firefly family is presumed dead. However, three members—Baby, Otis, and Captain Spaulding—miraculously survive their injuries and are incarcerated. Years later, they plot a bloody and chaotic escape from prison. Once free, they resume their murderous spree, becoming folk anti-heroes in the media. Their notoriety attracts both admirers and enemies, leading them on a violent road trip to Mexico, where they must confront a vengeful rival who challenges their reign of terror and tests the limits of their psychotic family bond.
