A hard-nosed San Francisco cop is forced to team up with a fast-talking convict temporarily sprung from prison. The unlikely duo has just two days to track down a pair of vicious cop killers. The cop's by-the-book methods constantly clash with the convict's street-smart cunning as they race against the clock through the city's underworld.
