An aspiring young writer becomes infatuated with an enigmatic and free-spirited barista. To impress her, he reads her online profile and begins to subtly mold himself into her seemingly ideal man, adopting her listed interests and hobbies as his own. As their relationship blossoms, his deception grows, forcing him to maintain a carefully constructed facade. The story explores the anxieties of modern dating and the pressure to present a perfect self, as he struggles with the fear that his true identity will be discovered and ruin the connection he has built.
