A League of Their Own (1992)
As World War II depletes the ranks of male baseball players, a candy magnate forms the first all-female professional league. Two competitive sisters are recruited to play for the Rockford Peaches, managed by a washed-up, alcoholic coach. The film follows the team’s first season as they struggle for acceptance and prove their talent.
