A Streetcar Named Desire (1951)
A fragile and fading Southern belle moves into her sister’s cramped New Orleans apartment. Her refined manners and delusions of grandeur clash violently with her brother-in-law, a brutish and primal man named Stanley Kowalski. His relentless, animalistic nature slowly undermines her delicate sanity, exposing her secrets and pushing her into a psychological breakdown amidst the humid, tense atmosphere of the French Quarter.
