About Dry Grasses (2023)
A young art teacher, assigned to a remote village in Anatolia, feels intellectually and socially stifled by his surroundings. He dreams of a transfer to Istanbul, but his plans are complicated when he becomes involved in a minor incident with a student. The event spirals, attracting the attention of a fellow teacher, and forces him to confront his own motivations and the nature of his relationships in the isolated community.
