Adventureland (2009)
A recent college graduate is forced to take a summer job at a run-down amusement park after his post-graduation travel plans fall through. The mundane job becomes a backdrop for a series of coming-of-age experiences. He navigates quirky coworkers, first love, and the disappointments of entering adulthood, all set to a soundtrack of 1980s rock. It is a story about finding unexpected connections and direction during a seemingly lost summer.
