Always (1989)
A veteran aerial firefighter dies in a crash while saving his friend's life. He returns as a spirit and is assigned to guide a young, reckless pilot who is now dating his former girlfriend. He must help this new pilot find the courage and maturity to succeed, all while watching the woman he loves move on with her life without him.
