An American in Paris (1951)
A former American soldier remains in Paris after the war to pursue his dream of being a painter. He struggles financially but finds inspiration in the city and in a beautiful local girl he meets. His life is complicated by his friendship with a wealthy patron who is also infatuated with the same woman, creating a romantic dilemma.
