He navigates a world of gangsters and informants, using his badge to facilitate his vices while ostensibly working to solve the crime. House (2004–2012) A maverick, misanthropic diagnostic medicine genius leads a team of doctors at a Princeton teaching hospital. He specializes in solving mysterious medical cases that have baffled other physicians. His unorthodox methods and complete disregard for hospital rules and patient confidentiality constantly put him at odds with his superiors, but his brilliant mind is the only hope for patients with inexplicable illnesses.
