Bad Santa (2003)
A miserable, alcoholic conman and his partner work a seasonal scam: he gets hired as a department store Santa, they case the place, and then rob it blind on Christmas Eve. His plan to drink himself through the holiday is interrupted when a lonely, bullied kid believes he is the real Santa Claus and latches onto him, introducing an unexpected complication.
