Batman: The Dark Knight Returns, Part 1 (2012)
A grizzled Bruce Wayne has been retired from crime-fighting for ten years. As a new wave of violence engulfs Gotham City, the 55-year-old Wayne feels compelled to don the cape and cowl once more. His return as Batman ignites a violent war on a brutal mutant gang, but his brutal methods also put him on a collision course with the authorities, including his former ally, Commissioner Gordon.
