Be Kind Rewind (2008)
After a man's bizarre accident erases all the tapes in his friend's struggling video store, they devise a plan to stay in business. They begin recreating and filming their own low-budget, homemade versions of every movie their customers want to rent. Their "sweded" films become an unexpected local sensation, bringing together their community and revitalizing a neighborhood facing demolition, all through the power of makeshift creativity.
