Bicycle Thieves (1948)
In post-World War II Rome, a poor man finally finds a job that requires a bicycle. When his precious bicycle is stolen on his first day of work, his livelihood is threatened. With his young son beside him, he embarks on a desperate journey through the city's streets to find the thief and recover his bicycle, a quest that becomes increasingly hopeless.
