Blindness (2008)
A sudden epidemic of unexplained blindness sweeps through a city, plunging society into chaos. The victims are quarantined in a abandoned asylum that quickly descends into a brutal, primitive state. The only person who retains her sight pretends to be blind to stay with her husband, and she becomes the group's guide and protector in the darkness.
