Blow Out (1981)
A movie sound engineer accidentally records audio evidence of a political assassination involving a car crash. He saves a woman who was in the car, but soon discovers the official story is a cover-up. He becomes obsessed with using his recording to prove the truth, putting himself and the woman in grave danger from the conspirators.
