Blue Streak (1999)
A jewel thief, just out of prison, returns to the scene of his last heist to retrieve a valuable diamond he was forced to hide before his arrest. He discovers the building is now a police precinct. To gain access, he impersonates a detective, using his criminal expertise to surprisingly solve cases. He must maintain his cover and find his diamond while navigating the daily life of the police force.
