Brake (2012)
A Secret Service agent wakes up trapped in a cramped, glass-lined box in the trunk of a moving car. Disoriented and with no memory of how he got there, he realizes his captors are torturing him for information about the location of the President's secret emergency bunker. Using only the car's brake lights and a dying cell phone, he must escape before his time runs out.
