Burke and Hare (2010)
In 19th century Edinburgh, two down-on-their-luck Irish immigrants, William Burke and William Hare, discover a gruesome way to make money. After a lodger in Hare's boarding house dies, they sell the body to a renowned anatomist for medical research. Realizing the profitability, they begin to "create" fresh corpses for the doctor's lectures. The two men navigate the city's underworld and the competitive world of surgery, their enterprise growing increasingly macabre and risky.
