By the Sea (2015)
An American writer and his wife, a former dancer, travel to a quiet, picturesque seaside resort in 1970s France. Their marriage is strained by silence, regret, and alcohol. Their tense solitude is disrupted when a young newlywed couple moves into the next room, and the wife becomes obsessed with watching them, leading to a complex and destructive entanglement.
