Candyman (1992)
A graduate student researching urban legends investigates the tale of the Candyman, a hook-handed phantom said to appear when his name is spoken five times into a mirror. Skeptical at first, her investigation inadvertently summons the vengeful spirit. As a series of brutal murders begins, she must uncover the true story behind the myth before she becomes his next victim.
