Cellular (2004)
A young man receives a random, frantic call on his cell phone from a kidnapped woman who has managed to patch together a broken phone line. She tells him she has been buried alive in a box and her family is in imminent danger. With the phone as his only connection to her, he must race all across Los Angeles, evading the police and the kidnappers, to find her before her captors return or the battery dies.
