Crime Busters (1977)
Two bumbling friends accidentally foil a bank robbery and are recruited into the police force. Their incompetence is legendary, but they somehow manage to bungle their way into taking down a major criminal organization. The film is a series of comedic set-pieces and slapstick chases.
