Dangerous Minds (1995)
A former Marine becomes a teacher at a tough, inner-city high school. Her students are unruly and disinterested. She uses unconventional methods, including karate and the lyrics of Bob Dylan, to break through their hardened exteriors and connect with them. She works to show the class that they have potential and that their choices will determine their futures.
