Danny Collins (2015)
An aging rock star living on his greatest hits discovers a life-changing letter written to him by John Lennon forty years earlier, which his manager had kept hidden. Inspired by the lost opportunity, he attempts to reconnect with his estranged adult son and family, trying to finally write meaningful music and redeem a life of empty indulgence.
