Days of Thunder (1990)
A talented but reckless young hot-rod driver is recruited by a team owner to drive in NASCAR. He quickly becomes a rival to the circuit's top driver. A crash leads him to a neurosurgeon who helps him overcome his fears, and he aims for a comeback at the Daytona 500.
