Dirty Rotten Scoundrels (1988)
Two con artists—one a refined gentleman, the other a small-time American hustler—operate on the French Riviera. They initially compete to swindle a young American heiress, but eventually agree to a winner-take-all bet: the first one to extract $50,000 from her gets to stay, the other must leave.
