Dogma (1999)
Two fallen angels discover a loophole in Catholic dogma that would allow them to return to Heaven. However, their re-entry would prove God fallible and undo all of creation. To stop them, a distant relative of Jesus Christ is enlisted by a seraphim. She is guided by a forgotten apostle and two prophets on a mission to save existence from being nullified.
