Escape from the Planet of the Apes (1971)
Three intelligent apes from a future Earth escape the planet's destruction by using a salvaged human spaceship to travel back in time to contemporary Los Angeles. Initially treated as curiosities, they are welcomed by human society. However, fear and paranoia grow among government officials when the apes' true origins and a prophecy about mankind's future are revealed, putting their lives in grave danger.
