Excision (2012)
A delusional and socially outcast teenage girl aspires to become a surgeon, practicing on raw meat. Her morbid fantasies are increasingly graphic and disturbing. She becomes obsessed with saving her younger sister, who suffers from cystic fibrosis, leading her to devise a horrifying and misguided plan to prove her medical prowess.
