Finding Forrester (2000)
A reclusive, Pulitzer Prize-winning author lives in isolation. He forms an unlikely friendship with a talented young basketball player from the Bronx who has a hidden gift for writing. The author becomes his mentor, encouraging him to pursue his intellectual talents and confront the racial prejudices he faces at a prestigious private school, while the young man helps the writer reconnect with the world.
