Frankenstein (1931)
A ambitious scientist seeks to unlock the secret of life itself. He succeeds in assembling a living being from body parts of the deceased and animating it. However, he is horrified by his creation, a monstrous and childlike creature he immediately rejects. The abandoned and confused being escapes into the countryside, seeking understanding but instead inciting fear and violence from everyone it encounters.
