Ghosts of Mars (2001)
In a future where Mars is colonized, a police squad is sent to a remote mining outpost to retrieve a dangerous criminal. They find the colony seemingly abandoned and soon discover the inhabitants have been possessed by ancient Martian spirits who are intent on wiping out all human life on the planet.
