Girl on the Third Floor (2019)
A man trying to turn over a new leaf for his pregnant wife takes on the project of renovating a dilapidated old Victorian house. As he works alone on the property, he begins to discover that the house has a dark, sordid history. Strange, supernatural occurrences plague him: walls seep a black ooze, and he is tormented by ghostly apparitions. The house seems to feed on his past weaknesses and temptations, challenging his resolve to change and threatening to pull him into its corrupting influence before his family arrives.
