How the Grinch Stole Christmas (2000)
A grumpy, solitary creature living just outside Whoville despises the cheerful noise of the Christmas celebrations. He decides to end the holiday by disguising himself as Santa Claus and stealing all the presents, decorations, and food from the Whos on Christmas Eve.
