Hundreds of Beavers (2022)
After his brewery is destroyed, a 19th-century fur trapper must become a master of his craft to survive in the winter wilderness. His primary goal is to capture hundreds of beavers, but he faces a constant, comical battle against the clever and industrious animals. Using slapstick and silent film-inspired physical comedy, the trapper employs increasingly elaborate Rube Goldberg-style contraptions, finding himself in a perpetual war of wits with the natural world as he strives to achieve his seemingly simple goal.
