In the Heights (2021)
In New York's Washington Heights neighborhood, a bodega owner dreams of a better life while pining for the girl next door and saving every dollar. Over the course of a sweltering summer, the vibrant community experiences a blackout that brings long-simmering tensions and dreams to the surface. The story celebrates the lives, struggles, and hopes of the largely Latino residents, all set to music and dance.
