In the Land of Blood and Honey (2011)
A love story set against the backdrop of the Bosnian War. A Serbian policeman and a Bosnian Muslim artist who were romantically involved before the war are reunited when she is taken prisoner by the military unit he commands. Their relationship is tested and transformed by the horrors and ethnic violence surrounding them, forcing impossible choices.
