Kingdom of Heaven (2005)
A grief-stricken French blacksmith journeys to Jerusalem during the Crusades. He unexpectedly rises to knighthood and finds himself responsible for the defense of a city caught between two religions and armies. He must navigate political intrigue and moral conflict while striving to protect the people and uphold a fragile peace in a holy land torn apart by war.
