A dedicated narcotics officer in Tehran operates in a morally gray world, using any means necessary to maintain control over his precinct. His methods are unorthodox and often brutal, but effective. His already precarious existence is thrown into chaos when a new, powerful synthetic drug hits the streets, threatening to overwhelm the city.
