Licence to Kill (1989)
A secret agent's wedding celebration is shattered when a ruthless drug lord attacks and maims his best friend. Denied official permission for revenge, the agent goes rogue, having his license to kill revoked. He embarks on a personal vendetta to systematically dismantle the drug lord's operation, infiltrating his organization to bring him down by any means necessary, outside the law.
