Lost Highway (1997)
A jazz saxophonist receives a series of mysterious videotapes on his doorstep that show the interior of his own home. He is eventually convicted of murdering his wife, a crime he cannot remember. In his prison cell, he undergoes a bizarre physical transformation and is inexplicably released, now living a different life as a young mechanic. This new identity becomes entangled with a gangster and his seductive girlfriend, leading him down a sinister path that loops back to his original reality.
