Maharshi (2019)
A highly successful Indian-born CEO living in the United States has achieved immense wealth and prestige. A personal crisis forces him to return to his homeland and confront his past. He reconnects with his old friends and visits his college, where he is forced to reckon with the choices he made. Guilt-ridden over abandoning his earlier ideals, he decides to leave his corporate life behind and dedicates himself to helping the farmers in his ancestral village, taking on powerful corporate interests in a fight for agricultural justice.
