Major Payne (1995)
A decorated Marine major is honorably discharged and struggles to adapt to civilian life. He is assigned to lead a dysfunctional Junior ROTC program at a prep school. His harsh, boot-camp methods clash severely with the unmotivated and pampered cadets. He must find a way to temper his extreme discipline to connect with the boys and transform them into a cohesive unit for a national competition.
