Mary Poppins (1964)
A magical and enigmatic nanny arrives at the home of the Banks family in London, answering the children's advertisement. The children, neglected by their preoccupied parents, are whisked away on a series of extraordinary adventures with her and her friend, a cheerful chimney sweep. Through these whimsical outings, which include tea parties on the ceiling and horse races, she teaches them how to find joy and wonder in the world around them, and in doing so, helps their father rediscover what is truly important.
