Mudbound (2017)
Two families—one white, one Black—work on a farm in the Mississippi Delta during and after World War II. The story follows their intertwined lives as they grapple with poverty, racism, and the shared trauma experienced by their sons, who have returned from the war changed men, in a deeply divided society.
