Mystery Men (1999)
In a city protected by arrogant superhero Captain Amazing, a group of hapless, mediocre superheroes with useless powers must step up when Captain Amazing is kidnapped. The team, including a master of flatulence and a bowler who throws deadly strikes, must learn to work together to save the day and prove that you don't need great powers to be a hero.
