Nick of Time (1995)
An ordinary accountant is accosted by strangers at a train station. They kidnap his young daughter and give him a terrifying ultimatum: he must assassinate a prominent political figure within the next ninety minutes, or his child will be killed. He is thrust into a relentless race against the clock, armed with a gun and a photo of his target.
