Observe and Report (2009)
The head of security at a suburban mall takes his job with extreme, delusional seriousness. He sees himself as the sole lawman protecting his domain. When the mall is plagued by a flasher, he seizes the opportunity to lead the investigation and prove his worth, often clashing with the actual police and escalating situations to dangerous levels.
