Paranormal Activity 3 (2011)
Set in 1988, this prequel follows the childhood of the two sisters from the first films. Their family begins to experience strange occurrences in their suburban home. The mother’s boyfriend, a wedding videographer, sets up cameras throughout the house to document the phenomena. They soon discover that the entity haunting them is not merely a ghost but a sinister presence that has been with the family for a very long time.
